About Me

Diary of a Fat Dad: I am a proud father and I AM A FAT DAD. I also happen to be a Post-Doctoral researcher in Public Health. I am a Kinesiologist and health science researcher. I struggle with my weight and health. I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure. This scares me, I worry I will not be around for my children as they get older and need to change. I wrote this blog a while ago and have decided to come back to my writing but taking a different approach. You will notice that I am starting fresh, getting rid of all my older posts.
